FBI searched Trump’s home on Monday based at Mar-a Lago. According to insight by the Washington Post, they were searching for nuclear weapons documents.

 

It is not yet revealed whether the documents searched belong to the US arsenal or to another country’s. Merrick Garland, attorney general, said he personally authorized the search.

 

Trump, the Former US president, wanted the documents released said: “unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in … Release the documents now!”

 

A man was killed by police trying to breach the FBI’s Cincinnati office on Thursday. In 2017, Trump threatened to obliterate North Korea and Afghanistan using what he said was in possession with.

Cheryl Rofer, a chemist who worked on nuclear weapons at the Los Alamos national laboratory said there were varying classification levels applying to different kinds of documentation.

 

“Information about the design of nuclear weapons is called Restricted Data and is ‘born classified’. That means it is assumed to be classified unless declassified .There’s no reason for a president to have nuclear weapons design information that I can see.” Cheryl Rofer, a chemist who worked at nuclear weapons wrote on twitter.
