Donald Trump praised his former wife the late Ivana Trump for having lived a “beautiful life.” He was saying this during the funeral of Ivana in New York.
Donald Trump, his family and relatives gathered at a Manhattan church for Ivana’s funeral Mass.
“A very sad day, but at the same time a celebration of a wonderful and beautiful life,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The funeral mass was attended by Ivana’s three children: Eric, Donald Jr. and Ivanka. The three children stood with their dad and their families as pallbearers carried the gold-coated coffin out of the church.
The funeral mass was “an elegant, wonderful send-off for Ivana Trump” said a friend of the family.
The Trump family revealed that Ivana Trump died at her home in New York. The cause of death was an accident of falling down the stairs which caused injuries on her torso.
“We all want to remember Ivana as the vibrant, sociable person she was,” said another friend before the mass.
The couple (Ivana and Trump) met in the 1970’s and were married in 1977. They divorced in 1992.

Ivana Trump was instrumental in the establishment and growth of Trump empire. She was a manager of Atlantic City Casinos and she participated in design of Tramp Tower in New York.
They engaged in an ugly divorce. However, in recent years they were friendly to each other. Ivan used to talk to Trump at least once a week. In fact, Ivan was a great supporter of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016.
