Pastor Benny Hinn is an American-Canadian televangelist who was born in Israel. He is famous for his miracle crusades around the world.
His crusades are broadcast on his Television program known as “This is your Day”. He was born in 1952 in Jaffa, Israel.
After 1967 Israel-Palestine War, his family moved to Toronto, Canada. In 1983, he established the Orlando Christian Center.
Benny Hinn is the author of several christian books.
Tens of millions of people around the world participate in his Holy Spirit Miracle Crusades. The largest crowd he has pulled is 7.3 million in India. He claims that he has spoken to 1 billion people through his crusades.
His ministry owns a Gulfstream G4SP jet which he has been accused of using for personal vacations. He preaches prosperity gospel.
Benny Hinn was invited by First Lady Rachel Ruto to perform his miracle crusades in Kenya. He revealed that his crusade will be sponsored by the government of Kenya.
He will hold a mega crusade at Nyayo Stadium from 24 – 25 Feb 2024. Most of Sunday, he has been trending on X in Kenya.
A number of Kenyans have criticized the Pastor for many reasons.
