On Thursday, 25 July, 2019 the head of Civil Service, Joseph Kinyua, introduced new acting CS Ukur Yattani and Dr. Julius Muia to national Treasury staff.
The duo will be replacing Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and Principal Secretary Kamau Thugge at the helm of National Treasury to pave way for corruption investigations.
