A story is emerging from Zurich, Switzerland that a woman residing in Zurich has been slapped a fine for feeding a neighbor’s cat on a daily basis.
This happened against the neighbor’s will. The owner of the cat decided to sue the neighbor.
The court imposed a fine of 700 Swiss Francs (KES 85,000).
It’s customary for neighbors to occasionally feed animals but “legal cases are rather rare. “
