After the Constitutional Court of Congo declared that Martin Fayulu has been unable to prove that the wrong results we announced by the electoral commission, two presidents have gone right a head to congratulate the President elect: Felix Tshesekedi.
President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya and Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa have become the first two heads of state to send congratulatory Messages to Felix Tshisekedi.
