President-elect William Ruto, who has just been awarded the presidential certificate by the independent commission chair wafula Chebukati has claimed in a press conference that his government will be inclusive.
William Ruto claimed to be proud of the decision Kenyans have made and will include everyone in his government.
He also claimed his government will not be of power sharing but empowering Kenyans. William Ruto also added that his agenda of bottom up will be enacted immediately after swearing in.
