Kpene Ganago scored the first goal for the hosts in the 67th minute before Kylian Mbappe added the third and the fourth goals in the 88th and 90th minute respectively.

The result leaves PSG on top of the French Ligue One table with 24 points after 9 matches. Nice are placed 9th with 13 points.

Paris St Germain manager Thomas Tuchel said after the game that his team lacked determination and precision in the second half but was happy to come back from the International break with 3 points.

‘’At the beginning of the second half we forgot to close out the match. Nice played with another system, took more risks and we made an easy mistake just before they scored their goal. The match was decided after the two red cards. It’s a good lesson for us.’’
