Kofi Atta, a 47-year-old man from Ghana is under medical attention after he accidentally cut his genitals while dreaming. He was sleeping on the chair when he dozed off.
He then started dreaming that he was cutting meat. He didn’t remember how he picked the knife but he found his testicles chopped off with a knife at his hand.
Kofi was alone in the house when all this happened. Neighbors heard screams and though he was attacked. On arriving, they found the man bleeding and rushed him to hospital.
“I was sitting in my chair when I dozed off. In my sleep I dreamt that I was cutting some meat in front of me. I don’t remember how I picked up the knife,” Kofi told BBC News Pidgin.
He is currently undergoing surgery in the hospital. Kofi seeks well-wishers to stand in for his medical bills.
