Tayseer Al Jabari, among the Islamic Jihad leaders, has been killed after Israel airstrike. According to reports from Islamic Jihad, Tayseer was a commander in the Quds Brigade and a member of Jihad Military Council.

 

Along with Islamic Jihad leader, 10 people were killed and 75 injured, most of those killed being militants. 

 

Israel army spokesman said they have been doing a number of investigations for days before the execution.

Aftermath of the strike

“The Israeli government will not allow terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip to set the agenda in the area adjacent to the Gaza Strip and threaten the citizens of the State of Israel. Anyone who tries to harm Israel should know: We will find you,” Yair Lapid, Israel’s Prime Minister said.

 

The Islamic Jihad through spokesman Daoud Shehab said all options are open and the resistance will respond with all force.

 

More Israel soldiers have been deployed to reinforce the unit operating aerial defense systems and southern command army, which includes Gaza.

 

In response, the Gaza militants fired up to 118 rockets towards Israel with eleven fails that ended up landing on the boundary of the two neighbors.  The Quds Brigade said it will mobilize its forces across Palestine in response.
