Imran Okoth, the brother to the late Ken Okoth is the one who will fly the Orange Democratic Movement flag during the upcoming by-elections.
He served as the Manager National Constituency Development Fund (NCDF) for Kibra Constituency during the reign of his brother Ken Okoth.
