Tesla CEO has indicated that he donated approximately $1.95 billion worth of Tesla to Charity. More details were revealed in a filing with US regulators as “a bona fide gift”. However, the filing did not reveal who received the donation.
The document was sent to US Securities and Exchange commission showing that the donation was made around August and December 2022.
This is not the first time Tesla is giving stock to charity. Back in 2021, Musk donated shares valued at $5.7 billion according to SEC filing.
