For the first time since he bought Twitter, Elon Musk, was seen in public with his mother at Met Gala red carpet event.
Elon Musk for those who do not know is the richest man in the world. He stepped out accompanied by his mother Miss Maye, 74, and was on the red carpet on Monday night.
Elon Musk, 50, was asked by La La Anthony, who interviewed guests as they arrived, about his future plans for Twitter.
‘My goal, assuming everything gets done, is to make Twitter as inclusive as possible and to have as broad a swathe of people on Twitter as possible,’ he said.
‘And that it is entertaining and funny and they have as much fun as possible.’
Musk was asked what he made of the event, and how it felt to be there.
‘I feel great actually,’ he told Anthony.
‘It’s exciting to see all these looks.
‘And what we have here is the most talented people in style and fashion – and it’s the pinnacle of their work.
‘I’m honored to be here, and it’s lovely.’
