On Tue 4th and Wed 5th February 2020 we will be discussing issues affecting minority and indigenous communities in Kenya. 

This is one of the available platforms to promote access to socio-economic rights for these marginalized communities.

Training on: OPERA Framework by Collins Liko of ESCR-Net and Participatory Budgeting by Geoffrey Kerosi of MRGI. 

The OPERA Framework was developed by Center for Economic and Social Rights of New York in order to ‘increase accountability for failures to fulfill economic, social and cultural rights (ESC rights).’

We’ll share a detailed article on this OPERA framework to keep you updated and possibly you can also use it in your work.
