According to information on Kenya Senate website, it is reported that the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) 2019 was enacted. Below and the ceilings for the three arms of government:
a) Parliament- Kshs. 39.501 Billion.
b) Judiciary- Kshs. 18.937 Billion
c) Executive- Kshs. 1,766.363 Billion.
From the above ceilings it is clear that the national executive is controlling substantial amounts of resources.
