The US airstrike has killed the AL Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri in Afghanistan. There are no reported civilian casualties. The United States President is expected to address the nation on the matter.
Ayman has led the group since 2011 when Osama bin Laden was killed. The United States soldiers were in a counter-terrorism operation.
