Sharing is Caring

Twitter has plans to charge $1,000 per month for business accounts to receive the gold-verified checkmarks.

The report further reveals that companies which will refuse to pay will lose their checkmarks. However, it is clear when this will happen.

This is seen as Twitter’s attempt to boost revenues for the company. The other efforts included large-scale layoffs.

Previously, Twitter made a decision to charge ordinary app users $8 per month for the blue checkmarks.
