Troi Brown is a very violent criminal who has been transferred from 27 prisons for attacking inmates and staff.
The man has been in prison for 9 years out of the last 10 years. He spent many years in drug dens.
On top of his original charges, also has conviction for violence while in jail. He always complains about not being able to call home and no hot water for tea.
“Been here a f***ing week with no proper tea, no phone call home,” Troi Brown told prison officers.
