Gor Mahia vs Tusker (Moi Stadium, Kisumu)
Homeboyz vs AFC Leopards (Bukhungu Stadium, Kakamega)
Zoo Kericho vs Chemelil (Kericho Green Stadium, Kericho)
Wazito FC and Kisumu All Stars earned their promotion to the Kenya Premier League from the National Super League.
