Sly Stallone’s estate is on sale for $58 million. The estate is humongous. It is made up of 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, custom bar, cigar room, art studio, infinity pool, sauna and a 2 story guest-house.
Stallone’s house is one of the largest properties in Beverly Park sitting on 3.6 acres of land with a view of the city below.
Initially, the estate was listed for $110 million but no one was interested in buying at that price. Later it was listed for $80 million.
Adele is the new buyer at $58 million. Adele also own two other properties nearby.
Sly purchased the home in the 1990s and at the time they referred to it as “The House that Rocky built.”
Stallone and his family just moved to Palm Beach, Florida where they acquired a large estate for $35 million. The new home has 13,200 feet of living space with 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It is large by all standards.

Of all movies acted by Sly, I love John Rambo, I watched it when I was in primary school and loved the dedication he puts into his acting.
