Supporters of former South Africa president Jacob Zuma have started a Release Zuma Now campaign calling for the following:
- Withdrawal of all cases Zuma is facing in South Africa courts;
- Lift lockdown regulations that impede freedom of speech;
- Release Zuma from Estcourt Correctional Centre;
- Establish a state bank without delay
- Nationalisation of mines and South African Reserve Bank
- Implementation of state expropriation of land without compensation;
According to The Citizen, The Release Zuma Now campaign is being lead by Carl Niehaus.
