Price water Coopers or PwC is in [problems in Australia over allegations that, they helped the government design a new system to make multi-national companies and organizations to pay more taxes and at the same time used inside inside knowledge to help its clients avoid paying those taxes!
This raises important questions about the models being used by PwC and other similar firms such KPMG, Deloitte and EY where auditing, tax advice and management consulting are all under one roof.
It is high time that auditing is split from the main company and operated to avoid such scenarios in future.
