The Nubians of Kisii (an ethnic minority) signed a contract with the MCA position aspirants.
The Nubians raised several issues that they want addressed for instance: access to jobs, provision of piped water and poor infrastructure.
The following are the names of aspirants who signed the social contract:

- Moses Obiyo
- Dennis Nyamaiya
- Joseph Gwaro
- Patrick Obiye
- Samuel Nyang’au
- Michael Okari
- Joshua Orinah
