Kisii High Court dismisses Court Case Against Prof. Sam Ongeri
The Daily Nation newspaper has reported that Kisii High Court has dismissed the poll case against Senator Professor Sam Ongeri stating that there was no proof on alleged irregularities.
The court ordered that the petitioners pay Ksh. 8 million in costs incurred during the petition.
