A lady who claimed that he was raped 3 times by Benjamin Mendy, a Manchester City soccer player, messaged a friend on the same night stating that ‘I’m getting f*****d tonight,’ a court hears.
The woman also sent another message to friends saying: ‘If I’m ever going to get pregnant, it’s going to be tonight,’. These revelations were made by Mendy’s lawyers.
Mendy’s lawyer, Eleanor Laws, QC insisted that the sex between his client and the woman was consensual.
The soccer star’s lawyers also claimed that the woman lied about the footballer having s*x with ‘10,000 women’ during the alleged rape.
Mendy is facing charges of rape, attempted rape, assault (7 women) at Chester Crown Court. Mendy denies all these allegations.
While giving her testimony, the woman told court that Mendy used a ‘fingerprint touch screen’ to lock her in a room before raping her. She further told the court that Mendy acted as if it was a ‘privilege’ to be raped by him’ and that the soccer star boasted that he has slept with thousands of other women as he ‘raped’ her and told her:
‘Don’t tell anyone and you can come over every night.’
The incident is said to have happened at Mendy’s £3 million mansion in Cheshire in the United Kingdom.
‘I’m certain. It’s in high definition in my mind. It’s the most traumatic thing that’s happened to me,’ she added when asked whether she was lying.
‘The hardest thing is how many times I said no, it makes me upset. I felt petrified after it happened.’ the woman said as part of her testimony in court.
The woman said that the door to Mendy’s bedroom was fitted with special locks which can only be opened using Mendy’s fingerprint technology.
‘I followed him in to get my phone then the door shut behind me. I said listen, I want to go home, I don’t want to have sex with you.’

This incident allegedly happened in October 2020 after the woman met Mendy and a group of friends in Alderely Edge and that is when she was invited to his mansion for a party.
She was sitting at Mendy’s home close to a swimming pool sending messages on Snapchat when Mendy snatched her phone from her and went to his bedroom. The woman followed him up two flights of stairs to the bedroom to retrieve her phone.
Once in the bedroom, the woman said Mendy asked her to undress.
She said: ‘He said he just wanted to look at me. He said: ‘I promise, I won’t touch you. I just want to see your t**s.
‘He said again, I promise, I just want to look at you. You can’t get out anyway.’
The woman said that she reluctantly took off her clothes because she wanted her phone back and go home. She was standing in front of him in a thong.
The court heard that Mendy threw her phone onto the bed and as she bent to pick it up the soccer star grabbed her from behind.
She said: ‘He came around behind me and pushed me on the bed so I was on all fours.
‘I told him: ‘No. I don’t want to have sex with you.’
Mendy said he would not touch me, he just wanted to feel me.
‘I was on all fours with my bum in the air. He was pulling my bum towards him and I kept saying ‘I don’t want to have sex with you.’
The woman said that Mendy then moved her thong to one side and raped her.
She said: ‘He moved my thong to one side. I was trying to wriggle to get free but he had a hold of me. He kept on coming back.’
The woman’s evidence was in the form of a recorded video which was played before the jury of 12 people.
She said: ‘I said I don’t want to do that (have sex). I told him that my sister is waiting for me, I need to go, she’s probably looking for me.
‘He said: ‘You’re too shy. I’ve had sex with 10,000 women.’
In the next twenty minutes, the woman said that she was raped three times by Mendy according to the woman.
The woman told the jury that she did not know that Mendy was a soccer player in the Premier League when she met him for the first time at the restaurant.
She said: ‘I just wanted to stay calm, get out and not cause a scene. I just put on my clothes and went out.’
‘Don’t tell anyone and you can come here every night,’ the woman earlier told the officer interviewing her at Macclesfield Police Station what Mendy told her.
During the hearing the woman was cross-examined by Mendy’s lawyers.
She was questioned why she undressed while in Mendy’s bedroom to which she replied:
‘He gave me a choice, you can’t leave so take your clothes off. He said ‘I won’t touch you.
‘I was trapped in any way. I made it very clear that I didn’t want anything to do with him. Taking my clothes off was my only choice.’
‘He said that I would not be able to leave. He said if you take your clothes off, I promise I will not touch you, I just want to look at you.’
Ms. Laws, Mendy’s lawyer, read out the messages to the court from the woman to her friends during the night out.
She wrote: ‘I have decided. After my first drink, I’m getting f**ked tonight. Why not?’
In another message she said: ‘If I’m ever going to get pregnant, it’s going to be tonight.’
