The County had set a target of collecting Ksh. 53.9 million but ended up collecting Ksh. 11.4 million or just 21% performance. This means that there was a variance of Ksh. 42.4 million was may have been caused by the fact that Nakuru County had not collected statistics to show the annual turnover of all the flower firms on its territory.
