City hold a 1-0 advantage over Real Madrid after one leg. Juventus are 1-0 down following the away leg against Lyon.
Bayern are fresh from winning their domestic double and are holding a 3-0 advantage over Chelsea.
Should Bayern eliminate Chelsea, they will face either Barcelona or Napoli.
