Fidel Castro Once requested the Soviet Union to Annihilate the US using Nuclear Weapons
The Business Insider writer Michelle Mark reported that the Cuban leader Fidel Castor, once made a request to Soviet Union to carry out a nuclear attack on US if it dared invade Cuba.
Fidel had written the letter request to Nikita Khrushchev in October, 1962. This led to several weeks of negotiations for the Soviets to remove their missiles from the Cuban soil. This was eventually done.
Later on during media interviews Fidel Castro said that the attack on the USA could have been a great mistake.
