Tsai Chi-jui is the co-founder of Pou Chen Group. He founded the company with his brothers in 1969. The company makes branded athletic and casual-footwear. It makes over 200 million pairs of shoes every year.
These shoes are sold to Adidas, Nike, New Balance and Asics.
Tsai Chi-jui has a daughter who has served as company CEO since 2012.
