In 2018, CATL was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company supplies batteries to Geely, BMW and Volkswagen.
CATL has its headquarters in Ningde, Fujian Province of China. Since 2023 CATL has been working with Ford to construct a battery factory in Michigan, USA.
