Jyoti CNC was founded in 1989 as Jyoti Enterprises. The company has effectively installed over 130,000 machines across 60 countries.
The company supplies its machines to auto, defence, infrastructure and aerospace industries.
Jyoti CNC was listed on the stock exchange in January 2024. The billionaire is a board member of Indian Machine Tools Manufacturers Association.
