Garissa County government disseminates slum upgrading policy
In 2018, the Ministry of lands organized a meeting in Garissa County government to disseminate content on the Slum Upgrading Policy. I was fortunate to be in attendance during the meeting.

This project has been funded by World Bank while Slum Upgrading is financed by the national government.
The national government and the Garissa county government are collaborating in order to issue title deeds to the people of Garissa.
Will Slum Upgrading Policy be implemented?
This is a policy for the entire country. The County County government CECM for lands promised to pick up those issues which are relevant to the people of Garissa and implement them to benefit the people of Garissa.
