Development Initiative (DI) released a reported titled Spotlight on Kenya. According to DI Spotlight on Kenya is “An online data tool bringing together publicly available official data on socioeconomic indicators and financial resources at the sub-national level.”
The Spotlight on Kenya report covers 8 specific categories including agriculture, WASH, energy, population, education, health, poverty & vulnerability among others.
DI Kenya faced a number of challenges during their data collection process including data being presented in unusable formats, unsegregated data and lack of timeliness.
