Matthew Hurricane destroyed more than 3,200 homes in Haiti. New Story is planning to use the money raised to contribute  towards the reconstruction efforts. There is a lot waiting to be done considering that 15,000 people were displaced by the natural disaster.

Strategy

New Story works as a town planner as well as a crowdfunding platform. The Non-Profit raises money one home at a time. They target to raise $6,000 per home they build for the displaced families. They practice a high level of transparency. This makes them a darling to many donors.
