A Frenchman has emerged a winner in a court case he filed after he was sacked for not hanging out with his colleague enough times.
The court ruled that his employer was wrong for sacking him for not going out with colleagues.
Cubik Partners which is a management consultancy reported that they use a ‘fun’ approach to team building and encourage employees to venture out into the pub after working hours. However, the man whose name has been withheld did not want to participate in those exercises.
In 2015, the company fired him for ‘professional inadequacy’ accusing him of being boring according to new reports on The Daily Telegraph.
