Sharing is Caring

An armed man broke into a home in Sante Fe, New Mexico, in United States of America and drank beer, enjoyed shrimp and took a bath before apologizing and leaving behind $200 for fixing the window through which he broke into the house.

Santa Fe police responded to the incidence after a man reported that he entered his home and found Teral Christesson with an AR-style rifle according to court documents filed in Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

The man who reported told the police that he found Christesson eating shrimp and drinking beer when he arrived at his home.

Christesson never apologized to the homeowner stating that he needed a warm place to sleep and he left behind $200 on the chair and packed his gun in a bag and left the home quietly according to the court documents.

The Albuquerque Journal reports that the homeowner told the police that “the male was extremely embarrassed and apologetic about the situation.”

When asked why he was at the home, Christessin stated that “his family was killed in east Texas and he was running from somebody.”

He told the homeowner that he had been driving but his car broke down some 100 miles outside Santa Fe.

Christesson was arrested the following day after an attempt to car jack a woman at gunpoint at a chicken restaurant in Santa Fe.

Christesson was charged with criminal damage to property, burglary, and larceny for the Sunday break-in. In addition to that he was also charged for attempted carjacking.
