Juventus clinched their ninth Serie A title in a row after beating Sampdoria 2-0 at Allianz Stadium on Sunday.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Federico Bernadeschi scored the two goals.

Maurizio Sarri’s side failed to secure the title on Thursday when they lost 2-1 to Udinese.

The Scudetto is Sarri’s first major honour in Italian football.

At 61, Sarri has become the oldest coach to win the Serie A.

Cristiano Ronaldo has played a key role in Juventus winning the title. He has scored 31 league goals for the Bianconeri this season.

The former Real Madrid star became the first player to score 30 goals in the Serie A for Juventus since John Hansen in 1951-52 season.
