The Supreme Court of Kenya has given a notice that the final judgement of the presidential results will be given as from today, Monday 5th, at noon.
Azimio Coalition had earlier filed a petition to challenge the presidential results that led William Ruto into president-elect position.
Raila outlined that his victory had been stolen and vowed to take the matter to the Supreme Court.
Hearing of the petitioners(Azimio coalition) and respondents(Kenya Kwanza coalition) was done last week and judges give over the weekend to give the final verdict.
The 7 Supreme Court Judges with regards to evidence at hand, will determine whether William Ruto’s victory was worth.
Else, the presidential results will be nullified and fresh elections held within 60 days.
