Sharing is Caring

The following are important characteristics for an effective management team:

  1. Commitment to the project – This is very important to the success of the project. All team members must prioritize and fulfill their responsibilities. Core team members must not wait to be reminded what they need to deliver.
  2. Shared responsibility –all team members are equally responsible for the success or failure of the project;
  3. Flexibility – team members have to be willing to adapt to the situation as implementation happens. This means that even schedules will be changed in the last minute to accommodate new changes.
