Sharing is Caring

Residents of central Germany have inherited property and a stock portfolio worth USD $7.5 million following the death of an elderly neighbor.

The late Renate Wedel had been a resident in the Weiperfelden district of Waldsolms in Hesse, located in central Germany, with her hubby, Alfred Wedel, since 1975.

Alfred had invested in the stock exchange and he died in 2014 while his wife Renate died in Dec 2019 at the age of 81.

Renate’s sister who was the original heir had already died.

The residents who became beneficiaries are developing ideas on what they will do with their surprise inheritance. They are thinking of developing cycling paths, construction of a kindergarten and others are suggesting that the cash should be spent on an outdoor pool and facilities for children.
