Cesc Fabregas has confirmed that his great-grandmother has recovered from Coronavirus.
Earlier in April, it was reported that Fabregas’ great grandmother had been contracted Covid – 19 along with those in her nursing home in Barcelona town of Arenys de Mar.
The former Chelsea, Barcelona and Arsenal midfielder confirmed on twitter on Wednesday that she had recovered from the virus.
‘’She has overcome the virus at 95 years of age. Yesterday the test came out negative!,’’ Posted Fabregas.
‘’My great-grandmother is a superheroine but none of this would have been possible had it not been for the help of the nurses and doctors who are giving their lives at each moment so that we can all better and live a little bit better during this difficult times.
‘‘Thank you to all the people at Remei de Arenys de Munt for the great sacrifice they make for the elderly. All our respect!!! Nothing is impossible.’’
