Sharing is Caring

On Sunday, the Ethiopian Consulate General in Jeddah reported that Ethiopians sustained injuries during an ethnic based violence among Ethiopians in the Holy City of Mecca.

The consulate wrote a letter and shared it on social media condemning the violence based on differences of view, ethnicity and birth region. They added that this is not in line with humanity.

The consulate concluded that such behavior displayed by Ethiopians in Mecca “compromises the security of peaceful citizens and tarnishes the image of our people and country.”
