Elon Musk has just dropped his chief executive office job title and crowned himself “Technoking of Tesla.”
According to a statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Elon Musk will still retain his role as a Chief Executive Officer.
Tesla’s Chief Financial Officer, Zach Kirkhorn, also changed his title to “Master of Coin. This may be in reference to the company’s purchase of Bitcoin valued at $1.5 billion. Tesla and Elon Musk were each fined $20 million after Musk falsely claimed that he has secured $72 billion to take Tesla private.
The tweet triggered an ongoing legal case claiming that his claims “defrauded shareholders.”
