Sharing is Caring

Headstones of graves for victims of earthquake have been shown to have just numbers.

The mass graves were dug by earth excavators. Soul-crushing photos also show members of the families mourning their loved ones who died in the earthquake.

The high number of deaths has overwhelmed cemeteries and mortuaries  because in some  areas bodies would be seen wrapped in tarps, blankets and rugs.

Some of the survivors spent over 100 hours in the wreckage without water and food.

It’s estimated that thousands of people remain trapped under the debris.

An excess of 12,000 buildings have collapsed in Turkey according to Turkey’s Minister of Environment Murat Kurum.
