Didmus Barasa, was announced winner of Kimilili Member of Parliament and now retains the seat despite alleged murder and police hunt.
Barasa who is currently on the run, was not available to receive his certificate.

Didmus went missing after allegedly shot his opponent aide who was reported dead on arrival at the hospital. The police have now ordered the public to report the whereabouts of Didmus.
Barasa is reported to have switched off his phone.
