Chief Justice David Maraga Returns Wigs to Kenya Judiciary
Wigs which were commonly won by the members of the bar and the bench have once again returned to Kenya’s judiciary after they were yanked by Dr. Willy Mutunga.
During the Supreme Court hearing, the judges and members of the bar were ordered to wear their wigs and gowns ready for the case. They were all dressed in black gowns.
Chief Justice David Maraga is a self-proclaimed conservative.
