The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman wafula Chebukati, announced the final presidential results will not be known today.
The tallying of the form 34A is ongoing and the receiving is not yet concluded. The commission will announce the final results immediately tallying process is over.

Chebukati also cited that the results announced from the polling stations will be final. He also encouraged the candidates who lose the elections to concede.
