A family of three was out on a holiday at Ramsgate, when a car ploughed into them killing two, a man and a woman.

 

They were unaware and enjoying the moment outside a car park before the horrible incident occurred.

 

The man was approximated about 80 years old and the woman 30 years old. They were declared have died on the spot.

 

The child acquired serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital. Besides the family, a man and a young boy also suffered minor injuries.

 

The driver was arrested and according to Kent Police, the investigation on the incident had started.

“Kent Police is appealing for information after two people died and a child was left seriously injured following a collision in Ramsgate.

“The incident happened outside the multi-storey car park in Leopold Street at around 9.35pm on Wednesday 10 August 2022.

“Enquiries into the incident are being carried out by officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit who are keen to hear from any witnesses, local businesses with CCTV evidence or drivers with relevant dashcam footage.” Kent Police said in a statement.
