Sharing is Caring

Asatru Folk Assembly in Murdok, Minnesota is opening a church where they will practice pre-christian religion that traces its history to northern Europe.

The residents of Murdock are not impressed by these plans. Hence, the opponents have collected online 50,000 signatures to stop the establishment of an all-white church in that area of Minnesota.

The Asatru Folk Assembly is described as “neo-Volkisch hate group” by The Southern Poverty Law Center.

The group insists that they are not racists and their teaching and membership are only for people with European bloodlines.

It is unclear how many members or people attend the church globally.

A look a the group’s website indicates that, their ancestors were “angles, Saxons, Lombards and Heruli, Goths and Vikings and as sons and daughters of these people, they are united by ties and culture undimmed by centuries.”
