Iced Coffee

Sharing is Caring

Yesterday, I visited Sarit Center in Westlands area of Nairobi. This is one of the areas of the Kenyan capital city that I do not understand properly. I can easily get lost. However, now I am slowly becoming a master. I sat on the balcony of a Java Restaurant and made an order.  I didn’t want to order the ordinary food and drinks which I eat at home. I pursued the iced Coffee option. In my mind I thought it sounded cool!

It is true it sounded cool but it’s taste did not meet the high standards of my expectations. It was too cold and tasteless. I’ve discovered that I prefer hot drinks. This was a new learning experience, I left it half full. Asked for my bill which I paid promptly and walked out to continue with the business of the day.
